Packages and Pricing

I offer three types of packages at three different price points. 

All services listed can be delivered by either Jules or Johnny. 

All initial meetings I have with people are free and no-obligation. 

THE WHOLE THEY/HE/SHE-BANG – $1295

Approximately 25-30 minute ceremony.

Any day, time and location.

This is the ceremony package for those who are looking for someone to work with to create something memorable and completely personalised. I’ll spend time to get to know you and your fiancé, and help to find the best, most authentic ways to celebrate you both and the love story you share together. If you already have ideas you want to bring to life – I’ll be assisting to make it happen as easily and perfectly as possible. If you’re not sure what you want yet but just know you want something special, I’ll help you find exactly what you’re looking for. 

Your ceremony will be engaging, unique, cliché-free, and completely you. 

Inclusions: 

  • A meeting with you and your fiancé to complete the NOIM form, and to go over the other paperwork.
  • I get to know you both, to write and deliver your love story – the process will be clearly and consistently communicated.
  • Assistance writing your personalised vows and with any other personalised aspects of the ceremony.
  • Use of a high-quality PA and microphone for your ceremony, which can also be used to play music during various points in the ceremony if desired (walking down the aisle, signing the papers, post-ceremony etc.).
  • Management and lodgment of all legal paperwork.
  • Travel within 50kms of Melbourne CBD included in fee – please ask for a travel quote for outside this region.

CLASSIC AND UNCOMPLICATED – $995

Approximately 15 – 20 minute ceremony.

Any day, time and location.

This is the option for couples that want all the classic, romantic parts of a wedding, but are happy with a standard, non-personalised ceremony. Ideal for those who after a celebration to marry each other, but like to keep things simple and stress-free. This option is perfect for surprise weddings, elopements, smaller ceremonies, or renewal of vows. 

Inclusions: 

  • A meeting with you and your fiancé to complete the NOIM form, and to go over the other paperwork.
  • Tips for writing personalised vows.
  • Use of a high-quality PA and microphone for your ceremony, which can also be used to play music during various points in the ceremony if desired (walking down the aisle, signing the papers, post-ceremony etc.).
  • Management and lodgment of all legal paperwork.
  • Travel within 35kms of Melbourne CBD included in fee – please ask for a travel quote for outside this region.

BARE BONES – $595

Approximately 5 – 10 minute ceremony.

Any day, time and location.

For those who want zero fuss and just want to be married, already. This is just the legals – just you and your two witnesses, the legal words are said, we do the paperwork. Done!

This can happen in your backyard, at your dining table, at your favourite bar or coffee shop, at the laundromat, wherever. 

This ceremony option would suit those couples who have had a ceremony overseas and are just wanting to make it legitimate and registered in Australia.

Inclusions: 

  • Completion of NOIM form and all other legal paperwork in one meeting (in person or online).
  • Management and lodgment of all legal paperwork.
  • Travel within 20kms of Melbourne CBD included in fee – please ask for travel quote for outside this region.

THE FINE PRINT

All packages are paid for in 3 instalments: 

  1. Booking Fee: 50% of the total fee, due within 7 days of booking. Payment of your non-refundable booking fee secures your date and starts the process of the official paperwork.
  2. Administration Fee: 25% of the total fee, due 3 months out from the event. This covers the completion and lodgement of legal documentation, as well as our meetings and ongoing communication.
  3. Ceremony Fee: 25% of the total fee, due 1 month out from the event. This covers travel costs to and from your ceremony, the delivering of your ceremony, and registration of your marriage.


EXTRA CHARGES

Rehearsals 

Approximately 30 mins

If you would like to rehearse your ceremony prior to the day, my rehearsal fee is $150 within a 50km radius of Melbourne, further travel fees may apply for other locations.

Interstate Travel and Destination Weddings

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Master of Ceremonies

If you’d like me to stay on to run things after the ceremony, I offer services as an MC. I can provide a professionally and smoothly-run reception, allowing you and your guests to relax, sit back and enjoy the rest of your day. I can also include aspects such as games, trivia, competitions – whatever you’d like.
